We want to make you as happy as your products do! We pride ourselves on the quality of our work. If for some reason you aren't happy, let us know... we want to make it right.

CANCELLATIONS:
If we have not yet started to process your order and you wish to cancel, please notify us immediately (via phone call) and we will gladly refund your payment, however, once any initial contact has begun and/or orders have been started, refunds will be issued on the incomplete portion of the order, plus a 15% administration fee will be included.

For instance, if you have purchased business cards to be printed and you cancel your order after seeing the proof, due to the fact that layout work has been done already, the refund will be issued on the printing and shipping portion only. Unfortunately, we are unable to issue refunds on any customized items that have been shipped. 

RETURNS on MARKETING MATERIAL:
Returns must be on CURRENTLY listed, non custom items only. If you have any questions or concerns, please email us within 7 days of receiving your item(s). Eligible items are refundable within 15 days from shipping date, plus a 15% restocking fee. 

RETURNS on CLOTHING:
We want you to love your purchase. If for some reason you are unsatisfied with your item(s) or would like a different size, please email us so we can figure out how to best make it right for you. Any returned items must be in sellable condition before a refund will be considered. Returned items are refundable within 15 days from shipping date, plus a 15% restocking fee. 

RETURNS on EVENT GRAPHICS:
Banners and posters are non-refundable due to the high costs in shipping. Please review the entirety of our listings to be sure you understand what you are purchasing.

DAMAGES:
On occasion, package may become damaged during transit. If this is the case, please send us images of your package, the damaged content, and the shipping label on your package and we will happily see what can be done. Unfortunately, without images of the package and items you received, we will not be able to properly file a claim with our shipping provider or send out a replacement as a result. 

SALE:
In order to continue to offer our customers an occasional sale, we are unable to issue credits or refunds for items that were purchased at regular price, but have gone on sale since your purchase or prior to your purchase. All sale items are a final sale and will not be eligible for returns.
